FLEX EXCHANGE: BY PERFORMANCE DATE
When you receive your tickets you can log in to your online account and exchange your tickets for a more convenient performance date of the same production.
FLEX EXCHANGE: PRODUCTION TO PRODCTION
Exchange your tickets from one production to another production on the 2025–2026 Season, or into special engagements. Available by phone (888-746-1799 option 2) or by email (memberships@broadwaysf.com).

FIRST ACCESS AND ADDITIONAL TICKETS
BroadwaySF Members are first in line to purchase additional tickets to special engagements (THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, and more!) and one-night only events that we bring to our theatres. And if you need additional tickets to a Season show for family and friends, you can easily purchase through your online account.
