Per City of San Francisco guidelines, beginning April 30, 2022, patrons who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask indoors, although it’s highly recommended. Patrons who are unvaccinated are still required to wear a mask. Proof of vaccination is no longer required for entry.
We update our COVID-19 policy as new mandates are issued and in conversation with government and medical leaders. Policies are subject to change. We recommend checking the latest entry requirements for our theatres one week prior to your scheduled performance.

The 2021–2022 Season is comprised of seven shows: A CHRISTMAS CAROL, HADESTOWN, THE PROM, OKLAHOMA!, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL, and AIN'T TOO PROUD – THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS
Membership seating is seniority-based, and is subject to availability. New Members are assigned the best seats available after renewing Members, based on the date of purchase of their new Membership.
Members learn their seat and date assignments when they receive their tickets in hand (by Mail or Download). We are unable to guarantee or confirm anything during the seating process, as seat locations and dates may be subject to change before being sent out.
To ensure Members receive imminent shows as soon as possible, 2021–2022 Season tickets may be broken up into two or more deliveries.
Once you receive your season tickets, if your assigned ticket date is inconvenient for you, you may exchange them for a different performance of the same production. Exchanges are subject to availability.
When you receive your tickets, you may exchange all of your tickets from any production on the 2021–2022 season to another production on the 2021–2022 BroadwaySF season.
NEW! Members now have the flexibility to show-to-show exchange (flex exchange) tickets for more than one production. Members are no longer limited to one show-to-show exchange per season.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL PRODUCTIONS: Once performances for a production begin in San Francisco, show-to-show exchange out of one production into another will no longer be available. You may exchange within the same production but not out of it. Once you have exchanged your original tickets into another production, you may not exchange those tickets again.

As a Member, you’ll be first in line to purchase tickets to added special engagements and one-night-only special events that we bring to San Francisco.
We expect Members to be able to purchase additional tickets to season shows after their season tickets are delivered. Although we cannot process additional ticket purchases at the time you order your Membership, you will receive access before the general public. We will notify you by email when additional tickets become available for purchase.
Once you have purchased a Season package, be sure to always log in through the MEMBERS LOGIN (a separate site dedicated to Members) to get the most out of important Membership benefits like first access, no per order fees, and more! Some restrictions may apply. These features are not currently available through the standard Login.
Accounts can only be accessed by the main account-holder and authorized co-users. To authorize friends or family to make ticket purchases and exchanges on your behalf, email memberships@broadwaysf.com or call us at 888-746-1799, press 2.
No pets, companion animals or emotional support animals are allowed in the theatres nor adjoining buildings or rooms. The only exceptions are service animals (dogs only) accompanying patrons with disabilities.
