DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKET PACKAGE
Your ticket package for the 2024–2025 Season is available for download now.
WATCH TO LEARN HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS:
You are only able to download your tickets ONCE.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be able to download each show individually. Tickets will be available approximately 4 weeks before performances begin.
We recommend using a computer if you have trouble accessing documents on your mobile device, as you will need to easily access the PDF.
STEP-BY-STEP DOWNLOAD PROCESS
STEP 1: Select MANAGE ACCOUNT on the Member home page.
STEP 2: Select TICKET HISTORY on the left side of the screen.
STEP 3: Select a seat of a 2024–2025 Season show.
If you exchange your tickets in the future, repeat these steps to download your tickets for the newly-exchanged show.
Once downloaded, the PDF file will be available in your Downloads Folder on your computer.
When downloading on a mobile device, iOS devices should use Search to locate your Downloads file and Android devices should use Locate My Files and access your Downloads folder.
If you receive an Error Message, your tickets have already been downloaded. If you cannot locate the original ticket PDF, please contact the Memberships Department.
